If you're looking for some excellent Pop/Rock music with tasty flavors of Jazz and Blues, then the CD, "Before It's Gone," by the talented group MoG is just what you need to hear. This album is a collection of songs covering the 17 years this band has been together and is a superb blend of finely crafted songs. The song, "Lie To Me," is an edgy Rock tune with an intoxicating beat and gripping vocals. Another song, "This and That," has a funky groove as the bass interplays with the drums while the emotive vocals reels you in with its soulful tonality. A fun song, "Broken Hearted," is a good old Blues tune that will have you tapping your feet to the bouncy beat right from the beginning of this song. The track, "Take Me To the River," is a song the moves with an energetic free flowing style and has terrific background vocals. You will really enjoy the talents of this band and their well performed Pop/Rock music as you hear the fantastic album, "Before It's Gone."
